INTRODUCTION

THE SOLUNOID DIFFERENCE

Our water-soluble microemulsion uses an active cellular transport system to deliver cannabinoids to the human body efficiently. In addition, our solution is highly bioavailable, allowing cells to quickly uptake cannabinoids providing a rapid onset for consumers.

Unlike traditional nanoemulsions that use soaps, surfactants, and other chemicals, our product is made from GRAS, food-grade ingredients, and is completely safe for consumers.

Our emulsion gives product manufacturers precise and accurate dosing for their finished goods.

Nanoemulsions have been the dominant leader in water-soluble products over the past decade and are considered the best option. However, we're here to challenge that thinking.

The primary advantage of nanoemulsions is size. Due to their small size, nanoemulsions are typically shown as transparent when put in a liquid. However, a nanoemulsion's bioavailability depends on a passive system, closed cells. When the cell door is closed, the only way in is through the crack around the cell doorway, and a nanoparticle will fit. But it's not the most efficient way to deliver cannabinoids.

We've created an active cellular transport system using permeability enhancers that signal the cells to engage positively in active transport. These added enhancers are behind the opacity of our product. They slightly add to the particle size; thus, our technology is considered a microemulsion rather than a nanoemulsion. Our enhancers open the cell doors and allow the flow of cannabinoids to be pumped into the cells. This results in maximum bioavailability and provides the most significant sensory experience for users of our product.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Entry-level biology is all that is needed to understand our technology. We’ve created an active cellular transport system using permeability enhancers that allow maximum absorption in the human body. Here’s how it works.

On the most superficial level, the permeability and transport of cells in our bodies operate on a gradient, from the cells being open, active, to almost closed, passive. Open cells are positively charged, and closed cells are negatively charged. When cells are positively charged, they are engaged in active transport, meaning they become available systems allowing cannabinoids to enter. Our permeability enhancers signal the cells to engage positively in active transportation, opening the gates and allowing the flow of cannabinoids to be pumped into the cells. This results in maximum bioavailability and provides the most extraordinary sensory experience for users of our product.
